Jávea never get’s boring, especially during summer you have so many options it’s hard to decide where to start.
We’ve selected a few to-do’s that barely cost money:
- At the very end of the port, you will find a small place called La Cantina, the place fisherman usually go after their night shift. Have your morning coffee there overlooking the boats, while the fisherman are having a glass of beer with some fish and chips.
- Every Tuesday, in July and August, open-air cinema nights are organised at the Arenal Beach. Bring a blanket, some snacks and good company. Enjoy!
- For the nature lovers, climbing the Montgó is definitely a recommendation. Put on some solid shoes, grab some bottles of water and make your way to the top. The views from there will be worth it!
- When you are done eating, drinking and relaxing the days and nights away, just go explore the hidden bays in the area. You will find many lovely beaches in the area that are breathtakingly beautiful. Usually there is a small restaurant as well with some amazing fresh fish.
Just take in account that this is only the start… Pack your suitcase, jump on a plane and come find it out yourself!
